RESCUE HELMET SECURITY
The FMA EX SAR helmet uses polymer material as the helmet body and EPS material as the lining, which can be installed with headlights and cameras. In order to adapt to the rescue environment, we have also improved the buckle of the chin strap and adopted a knob system, which can accurately adapt to the user's head circumference with one-handed quick operation. Additionally, the FMA EX SAR comes matching with two vent covers to prevent objects and debris from entering the helmet's top vents.
GOGGLES
EX SAR goggle lenses mount quickly and easily to the EXSAR rail system to protect you from impact, debris, water and wind. The visor locks securely in the up and down positions to ensure the impact resistance ability. The lens is locked with 5*12 hexagonal screws and has a separate hole for mounting components.
KNOB SYSTEM TO ADJUST TIGHTNESS AT ANY TIME
1. The FMA EX SAR helmet has easy operation, tightness adjustment at any time and reliable closing function. Due to the rope guide unique extension and precise closing feature, it eliminates the need for additional manoeuvers.
2. The wearer can fine-tune the tightness through the knob system each time to achieve the best wearing comfort. Traditional adjustments are not possible with regular cord straps.
3. The helmet also has a reliable closing function and will not loosen during use. If the straps pull apart on their own, you can quickly turn the knob to tighten again, and since there are no pressure points, the tightness can be adjusted at any time.
EPS foam lining
The inner layer of the FMA EX SAR helmet is the same as a regular helmet, using 2 cm thick EPS hard foam as a cushioning layer, followed by a sponge liner. This design has a large protection area and strong impact resistance.
In order to adapt to different wearing needs, the helmet provides two sets of sponge pads, a thin one and a thick one. The thick one has been pre-installed on the helmet, while the thin one can be installed separately.
These liners can be cleaned and replaced to keep them in top condition. Polyester foam is suitable for replacement of different helmet sets to ensure the comfort and safety of the wearer.
SAR Guide rail system
The hole positions on the SAR rail system are the same as those of other EX helmets. You can choose other products from our helmet series, such as MOE rails, headphone buckles or MPLS adapters.
MULTI-LAYERED PROTECTION, FIREPROOF AND HIGH IMPACT RESISTANT
The shell is made of polymer materials, which have the characteristics of fireproof, toughness, high processing performance, high strength, etc. It can withstand high impact strength, resist chemical corrosion, and the flame-retardant material is environmentally friendly.
